My day usually starts with checking emails, my calendar and Nexudus (our management platform), before writing out a big to-do list to keep everything on track. I manage two floors here, so I’ll fill up the kitchens, get the radios going and make sure everything looks just right before our members arrive. The rest of the day could involve anything from onboarding new members, planning community events, showing people around, or getting offices set up for move-in.
