The Mill Building, Worthing

The Mill Building – Worthing, is our spiritual home, where we opened our doors in September 2016. Since then the space has extended to 2 floors, with a combination of 17 x offices, 3 x Pods, Dedicated and Hot Desking area, 2 x Meeting Rooms, 2 x phone booths and a Kitchen / Breakout area with pool table.

As with all of our spaces, our members benefit from super fast WIFI (shared 1Gb connection), free refreshments & kitchen access and of course, our legendary ‘Free Beer Fridays’ – where members can unwind at the end of the week, and learn a little about each other.

‘Community’ is at the heart of Freedom Works – and we pride ourselves on being ‘more than a roof over your head’. So, as a member you will also benefit from our ‘Member Support & Accelerator Service’ and benefit from direct introductions to our business support offering pumped into the community.

I’m the first point of contact for members at The Mill Building, and I start each day by making sure the space is clean, welcoming and fully stocked with everything from tea and coffee to cereal and treats. I’m here to answer questions, help with any concerns and ensure everyone feels heard and valued. I also take the lead in organising events to strengthen the sense of community here.
