We will be joined by consultant and coach, Emma Mills-Sheffield, an expert in working with large and small businesses on improving productivity, efficiency, and resilience.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
This FREE webinar is for established businesses that are using or considering remote or hybrid working patterns. You might be a small business owner, or have responsibility for HR, operations or people management within the organization. This session will be useful for decision-makers and those responsible for business strategy and internal investment.
The session will be led by always possible associate, Emma Mills-Sheffield. Emma has spent 15 years in industry-leading projects, process improvements, training delivery, and coaching. She has experience across the private and public sector, FTSE100 and Fortune500 companies as well as SMEs.
Now as a consultant and coach, she takes big business experience and tailors it to small businesses. In developing leaders and business owners, Emma works on productivity, efficiency, and resilience. Emma is one of 2020’s f: Entrepreneurs, the Chair of a mental health charity, and is a mentor on a number of national business supporter schemes and for business school students.
